The Danceworx, in keeping with its philosophy of helping people find & build themselves, understands that the art cannot truly evolve if students are limited to just the vision of one teacher. For the art to grow, it is important that the next generations of dancers absorb and understand not just the movement philosophy of one person and his/her collective experience, but the movement philosophies of various teachers, each with their own collective experience. In that way, the creative software bank of each new generation of dancers is constantly growing exponentially, enabling a real growth and development in the art form as opposed to a stunting caused by the limitations of studying under just the one teacher and his/her limited experience.

Teachers are invited from overseas and within India to give students of The Danceworx a wider overview of dance and to build their understanding of movement through various dance vocabularies.
